Collaboration
Around the collaboration
Can you build me a complete website?
Yes. From the initial idea through design and technology to content and launch — everything from a single source. You don't have to piece it all together yourself.
Do you also take over an existing website?
We analyze your existing setup, take it over, and expand or repair it—even if your previous service provider has disappeared.
Do you just do SEO, or do you also handle implementation?
Both — and above all, the execution. We don't hand you an analysis to implement yourself. We put the measures in place directly. Action over words.
Do you work with WordPress?
If it fits your goal, absolutely. We choose the technology based on your needs, not on trends. Sometimes WordPress is the right choice, sometimes a leaner solution makes more sense — we'll tell you straight what actually makes sense.
Can we fix emails ending up in your spam folder?
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly, check your sender reputation and test against real recipients until your delivery is working smoothly again.
Can we also solve just one individual problem for you?
From a single fix to a complete project — you don't need to book the big package to get support.
What does it cost?
Based on effort and transparency. You get a clear quote upfront before anything starts — no hidden fees, no forced subscriptions.
How quickly can we get started?
Tell us what's on your mind. You'll typically get an honest first assessment within one business day — then we'll nail down the timeline together.
Do you get a dedicated contact person?
Yes. We're a small team with direct access — you talk to the people who actually implement your project, not a call center.
Do you also offer ongoing support?
We can take permanent care of your site's maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing development — keeping it fast and secure, not just on day one.
Do you need a specific CMS or technical requirements?
No. You don't need to bring anything specific — we work with whatever fits your goals, and we can take over a project completely if needed.
How does a project run?
We'll discuss your texts, images, content, forms and requirements together. From that, we develop a custom solution — we handle the design, development and technical implementation completely.
Do you really need a web designer?
No. Design, development, and technology come from a single source. We can adopt your existing colors, fonts, and design guidelines — you don't need to change your corporate identity.
Can we migrate an existing project to Laravel or another system?
Yes. The scope and effort depend entirely on your specific project — we review your existing setup and give you an honest assessment of what makes sense.
Can we guarantee you top Google rankings?
No one can guarantee rankings. We create the technical and content foundations for strong placements — but actual rankings depend on many factors beyond our control.
Do good Web Vitals alone guarantee top rankings?
No. Core Web Vitals are just one of many factors and rarely the biggest lever. We always approach SEO holistically, not through individual metrics alone.
Do you use AI — and does it replace your editors?
We use AI as a tool for repetitive tasks, research, and structuring. It doesn't replace expertise or editorial quality and oversight — decisions stay with you.
Do you offer custom software development and automation solutions?
Yes. Many processes can be customized and automated — from email processing and classification to document and data analysis, right through to complete workflows.
AI automation is particularly suitable for: **Repetitive tasks** – Process large volumes of data, emails, or inquiries without manual effort. **Time-consuming workflows** – Handle scheduling, invoicing, or customer communications automatically. **Data analysis** – Identify patterns and insights in complex datasets quickly and accurately. **Content creation** – Generate product descriptions, blog posts, or meta tags at scale. **Customer support** – Deploy chatbots for 24/7 availability and instant responses to common questions. **Lead qualification** – Score and categorize prospects automatically based on defined criteria. **Personalization** – Deliver tailored content and recommendations based on user behavior. **Quality assurance** – Monitor compliance, check for errors, or validate data integrity continuously. **Marketing campaigns** – Optimize ad targeting, send triggered emails, or adjust bids in real time. The key advantage: you free up your team to focus on strategy and complex decisions while AI handles the grunt work efficiently and at scale.
For tasks that follow the same pattern every time: standard responses, email management, lead processing, reminders, data preparation, or workflow setup. That way you save time for what really matters—where experience and judgment make the difference.
Who should consider CxP?
For businesses, mid-market companies, manufacturers, portals, service providers, and operators of large-scale websites — anywhere that calls for sustained visibility, technical expertise, and quality content instead of quick-fix marketing promises.
01
SEO
Why does my old site rank better than my new, modern one?
Usually it's not the design, but technical issues, structure, internal signals, or backlinks lost during the redesign. We check the actual causes instead of optimizing blindly.
Is investing in Core Web Vitals worth it?
Sometimes yes, often other issues are more pressing. Spending big on page speed doesn't help if content, indexing, or schema markup are the real bottlenecks. We prioritize first.
Are broken structured data a problem?
Yes. Faulty JSON-LD can be worse than nothing at all. Structured data must be clean and complete per Schema.org and Google guidelines, otherwise you get Search Console errors instead of rich results.
Do you guarantee position 1 on Google?
No. Nobody can guarantee rankings. We create the technical and content foundations that measurably improve visibility — in one verified project, that meant 800% more Sistrix visibility in twelve months.
02
Content
Do you use AI to write?
AI can support production, but it never replaces expert review, editorial editing, or real substance. Every piece goes through editorial review and fact-checking. We employ journalists with experience and expertise, not ChatGPT operators.
Do more keywords mean better rankings?
No. Keyword stuffing gives you no advantage. What matters is whether your content matches search intent and actually gets read, used, and linked to.
Is AI content a risk for SEO?
Mass-produced content published automatically without review is deadly. AI-assisted content with editorial review, fact-checking, and expert input works very well. AI wins when you use it right.
03
Development
How does a website project work with you?
You send us your copy, images and ideas. We build a first proposal in no time, you give your feedback, we implement it and go live. After that comes professional polish: SEO, technical setup and performance — so your site not only looks good but gets found.
Is WordPress bad?
No. WordPress can make sense for many standard projects. But with custom requirements, integrations and your own workflows, a plugin system quickly hits limits — then a custom solution is often more sustainable.
Do we have to rebuild everything?
Not necessarily. Often we can integrate what exists or migrate gradually. We look at what makes sense instead of rebuilding everything on principle.
Can you integrate external services?
Yes. Via APIs we integrate social media channels, product databases, newsletter systems and internal processes. And if an interface is missing, acting up or overkill for your needs, there's almost always a way: content can often be read directly from the source or pulled via structured data (JSON) — pragmatic instead of dogmatic.
What if a service has no API at all?
Then we find the next best way. Many types of content can be read directly from the source or extracted from a machine-readable data stream. The goal is your systems working together — not a missing standard feature blocking your project.
04
Mailing
Why do my emails land in spam?
Often proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is missing or server reputation is poor. We check your technical configuration and set it up correctly.
What does DMARC do against forged senders?
With SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, the recipient can verify that an email truly comes from an authorized server. This significantly prevents sender spoofing — including extortion emails that appear to come from your own address.
Does newsletter send volume matter?
No. What matters isn't how many emails you send, but how many are delivered, opened, read, and clicked. That's exactly what proper deliverability infrastructure focuses on.
Can we send newsletters without an expensive service?
Yes, your own mailserver with dedicated IP and maintained reputation is possible as an alternative. Whether it makes sense depends on volume and requirements — we'll figure that out together.
05
Automation
Does AI replace your customer service?
No. AI sorts, summarizes, and handles simple standard cases. Complex inquiries still reach your team — automation provides relief but doesn't replace anyone.
Which inquiries can be automated?
Mainly recurring standard cases like forgotten passwords, login issues, or simple product questions. These can be pre-sorted, summarized, or handled with an automated first response.
Do you have to switch tools?
Usually not. Automation can be integrated with your existing mailboxes and workflows. What's possible depends on your setup — we'll clarify that upfront.
Can AI take over my work completely?
No. AI doesn't replace expertise and experience. It automates recurring tasks and boosts productivity — decisions stay with people.
Can AI work outside of office hours?
Yes. Automated processes sort inboxes, qualify leads, and prepare tasks around the clock. Real value comes from the interplay between humans and technology.
Does every company need AI?
Not every task suits it. But if you have recurring processes, automation saves time and noticeably increases productivity.
06
Security
Isn't Fail2ban enough?
Fail2ban is a good foundation, but not always sufficient on its own. Modern bots bypass simple thresholds, for example through slow scraping across many rotating IPs. That's why we combine measures and adapt them continuously.
Why isn't bot protection a one-time project?
Because bots keep evolving. A filter that works today can be bypassed tomorrow. What makes sense is ongoing monitoring with continuously adapted detection.
How do I know if bots are a problem?
Typical signs are unexplained server load, lots of fake accounts, scraped content, or suspicious login attempts. A log analysis quickly shows what's really going on.
07
Hosting
How do I know my hosting isn't enough anymore?
Typical signs: your site slows down or goes offline during visitor spikes, your database struggles under load, or a single server is your only point of failure. We'll look at your setup and tell you straight whether a switch makes sense.
When does a cluster make sense versus regular hosting?
As long as your site has low traffic and brief downtime is acceptable, regular hosting is fine. Once traffic, revenue or uptime become critical and spikes or outages hurt, a highly available cluster pays for itself. We'll tell you upfront whether the switch makes financial sense for your project.
What's the advantage of a Galera cluster over a single database?
Galera mirrors the database across three nodes (multi-master). If one fails, the others take over without data loss — your site stays online. A single database is a single point of failure.
Can you take over my existing website?
Yes. We audit your site, bring it up to our standards technically, and migrate it to the cluster. That way we can actually guarantee speed, availability and operations.
What happens if a server fails?
The database is mirrored across three nodes (multi-master), the application runs in multiple containers behind ProxySQL. If a node fails, the others take over — your site stays reachable.
Where are the servers located?
On our own infrastructure in Germany. Processing is GDPR-compliant, no US hyperscaler involved.
08
Vacation Rental Website
Is your own website worth it alongside Booking and Airbnb?
Yes, as soon as you rent regularly. Every direct booking saves you commission and builds a repeat guest relationship. You can keep running the platforms in parallel — your own website is the channel you own.
How do guests find my website?
Through regional Google search (local SEO), through links in your platform profiles, and in your communications. We set up the site so it gets found for your region and accommodation type.
How long until my vacation rental website is live?
Usually just a few weeks. Once your photos, text, and inquiry and booking flow are ready, the site goes live and becomes discoverable on Google.
Do I need my own booking system or a Channel-Manager?
Not necessarily. To start, a direct inquiry form often works fine. If you stay on Booking or Airbnb in parallel, we can add calendar sync on request so availability stays in sync.
Can the site be in Spanish and English?
Yes. Especially for the Spanish market, we build the site multilingually with clean hreflang signals so it ranks in the respective country.
Can I change prices and availability myself?
Yes. You change text, prices, and images directly in the browser, without us and without technical knowledge.
What does it cost?
The website is a one-time investment instead of ongoing commissions. After just a few commission-free direct bookings, it pays for itself compared to platform fees. We'll discuss specific packages based on your needs.
09
Motorcycle Content
Why not just use AI texts?
AI can quickly produce something polished, but without genuine expertise, real experience, and substance. That's exactly what Google weighs through E-E-A-T signals — and the motorcycle community spots half-knowledge immediately. We use technology where it helps, but the content comes from the expert.
Do you also write on an ongoing basis with an editorial calendar?
Yes. One-off content delivers short-term results, but continuous content builds visibility and authority over the long term. We plan that with you.
Do you handle the technical side too?
Yes. We don't just deliver text — we implement it technically as well: structure, linking, load time, structured data.
What does a motorcycle article cost?
It depends on scope and research depth — a short news item is cheaper than a thoroughly researched review or guide. We'll give you a concrete quote based on topics and frequency, either individual articles or as part of an editorial calendar package.
Do I get full rights to the texts?
Yes. You receive unrestricted usage rights to all texts we write for you — they're yours.
Do you only write about motorcycles, or also e-bikes, scooters, and accessories?
The focus is on motorcycles — technology, tours, tests, travel. We cover related topics like e-bikes, scooters, gear, and accessories with the same genuine expertise.
Who benefits from this?
Motorcycle portals, dealers, manufacturers, travel providers, and blogs that want to stand out in their niche instead of getting lost in generic content.
10
WordPress & TYPO3
Do you work with WordPress too?
By design, no. WordPress lives on plugins, and that plugin buildup is exactly what brings maintenance headaches, security holes, and bloat. We build custom — clean, lean, maintainable — and get you away from WordPress or TYPO3.
Will my Google ranking survive the switch?
That's a priority. We migrate content and URL structure, set up redirects properly, and preserve SEO elements. A faster, leaner system typically improves rankings rather than hurt them.
What happens to my existing content?
We take it with us. We migrate texts, images, and structure into the new solution, with a plan and minimal downtime.
How long does a migration from WordPress or TYPO3 take?
Depends on scope. A modest site migrates in weeks; large portals we migrate step-by-step so nothing goes down.
Can I add features later?
Absolutely. Custom doesn't mean rigid — we build so new features integrate cleanly. You handle the day-to-day editing in the browser.
Isn't a custom solution more expensive and complex?
Sometimes upfront, usually cheaper to run: no plugin licenses, less maintenance, less downtime risk. You pay once for something that lasts, not constantly for patches.
What about updates and security?
Without a plugin zoo, most update and security burden vanishes. If you want, we run the site and handle it for you.
