Own reach measurement
We measure your site usage with our own statistics system running on our server — no Google Analytics, no third-party sharing. We use two cookies (cxp_v to recognize returning visits, valid for 12 months; cxp_s for session tracking, valid for 30 minutes) and log the pages you visit, referral source, your IP address, browser type, and bot detection data. We process your IP address to attribute repeat visits even without cookies and to prevent abuse like automated attacks. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in analyzing performance, security, and improving our service (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can opt out of cookie-based tracking by blocking or deleting these cookies in your browser settings.
Contact Form
When you submit a request through our form, we process the information you provide (name, email address, optional phone number and company, as well as your message) to handle your inquiry. We base this processing on the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed and provided there are no legal retention obligations.
5. AI Chat Assistant
On our website, we offer an AI-powered chat for information and initial consultation. Your inputs (chat messages and any contact details you provide, such as name and email address) are processed to answer your inquiry and transmitted to our service provider Anthropic (provider of the language model, USA) for this purpose; this involves a transfer to a third country (USA). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing fast, automated initial consultation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); insofar as you provide contact details for an inquiry, additionally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential data in the chat. Your data will not be shared beyond the processing described above.
