Improve email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC & newsletter infrastructure.

Many business emails and newsletters fail to arrive reliably because domain, mailserver, and authentication aren't configured properly. Often it's not the content — it's the technology.

Check email deliverability / newsletter delivery
The problem

Emails land in spam or don't reach Outlook, Hotmail, GMX, Web.de, or T-Online at all. Newsletters get delivered worse than expected. Usually it's missing or misconfigured authentication, weak server reputation, and neglected mailing lists.

From practice

With properly configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Reverse DNS, mail providers can verify that an email truly comes from an authorized server — this improves deliverability and protects against sender spoofing. Many extortion emails appear to come from your own address; only the visible sender is forged. Add proper bounce management: remove invalid addresses and spam traps, maintain reputation. On request, via your own mailserver with dedicated IP — as an alternative to expensive external newsletter providers. A self-test for deliverability is planned as a future service.

What that means in practice

Plain talk on top. Tech underneath.

  • 01 Emails land in the inbox, not spam. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Reverse DNS properly configured
  • 02 Nobody sends emails in your name without notice. Sender verification against spoofing and extortion emails
  • 03 Your mailing list stays clean. Bounce management, list maintenance, invalid addresses and spam traps removed
  • 04 Newsletter without expensive third-party detours. Your own mailserver / dedicated IP, maintained reputation
Your benefit

What you get out of it.

  • Better delivery rates at Outlook, GMX, Web.de, T-Online and others
  • Fewer spam classifications
  • Clean newsletter infrastructure and well-maintained lists
  • Protection against sender spoofing
  • Higher real reach instead of just high send volumes
Frequently asked questions

What our clients ask us.

Why do my emails land in spam?
Often proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is missing or server reputation is poor. We check your technical configuration and set it up correctly.
What does DMARC do against forged senders?
With SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, the recipient can verify that an email truly comes from an authorized server. This significantly prevents sender spoofing — including extortion emails that appear to come from your own address.
Does newsletter send volume matter?
No. What matters isn't how many emails you send, but how many are delivered, opened, read, and clicked. That's exactly what proper deliverability infrastructure focuses on.
Can we send newsletters without an expensive service?
Yes, your own mailserver with dedicated IP and maintained reputation is possible as an alternative. Whether it makes sense depends on volume and requirements — we'll figure that out together.
